What type of garments can you print on?	We can print on most  garments made of natural materials such as t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, sweatpants, polo shirts and canvas bags. We can also print on synthetic materials such as nylon and polyester by adding a special additive to the ink
What is your typical turn around time on a screen printing order?	We tell our customers that orders will take 7-10 business days to complete, but usually finish the orders earlier. We also offer rush orders, please see our pricing guide for rush orders.
Can a customer supply his/her own merchandise?	Yes, customers can provide their own garments for printing. Please see our pricing guide in regards to pricing.
What type of artwork can you work with?	Customers can provide artwork via email, or by bringing in a thumb drive with the artwork. The artwork should be vectored in AI, EPS, PSD or PDF format at a 300 dpi resolution.
Are we able to make designs for our customers?	Yes, our in-house designing team can design, or replicate art for our customers.
What is the standard print area?	Our standard print area is 13″W x 18H”, or 15″W x 12″H
What forms of payment do you accept?	We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.
Do you offer shipping?	Yes, we can ship your order right to your business or requested location. Please contact us to request a shipping quote.
Do customers own the screens after printing?	Customers do not own the physical screen, but may request the films used to generate the screens.
